The Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Marlies use this 260,000 sq. ft. building as their new training facility. A 30,000 sq. ft. fitness / training facility incorporates a therapy pool, three hot tubs, a polar plunge pool, a steam room, and medical exam rooms. An Olympic sized ice rink with 1,000 seats serves as the main rink. Additionally, three NHL-sized rinks, each with 250 seats, ensure ice surface availability. Community meeting rooms are built, along with infrastructure to support a full-service restaurant. The Insight Team was responsible for the pursuit, design and construction oversight.
