Part of Western University’s technology incubator Research Park, The Stiller Centre has both lab facilities and general purpose office spaces. The three floor, 46,000 sq. ft. building facilitates entrepreneurship for biotech startups. The facility includes 14,000 sq. . ft. of ‘Level 2’ biohazard wet lab facilities that have a direct line to emergency services. The balance of the building is split between dry labs and general office space, including a 1,920 sq. ft. area of convergence laboratory. The Insight Team was responsible for the pursuit and construction oversight.
The building has 100% heated/cooled make-up air, medical vacuum pumps, reverse osmosis water system and a DDC control system
